A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN NORTHERN IRELAND AND THE BORDER COUNTIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

Our Mission:

The EURES Cross Border Partnership’s aim is to assist in the removal of barriers for job seekers, workers and employers who are seeking employment, working or employing on the island of Ireland. We will do this in a fair and equitable way through the provision and exchange of information and through the development of collaboration between the employment services.

The EURES Cross-border Partnership Website  has been established to:
 
1. Act as a focal point for the Partnership and Euroadvisers;
2. Provide information on relevant topics concerning cross-border workers and employers;
3. Make available information to aid the cross-border job seeker;
4. Allow relevant comments, questions and queries to be addressed to the Partnership and the organisations and agencies it represents.

Cross Border Mobility Pack                         

The EURES Cross Border Partnership has recently produced its 'Mobility Pack' containing lots of information for the cross border worker and jobseeker. Information contained includes leaflets on -  Working in Ireland, Working in N Ireland, Social Welfare Ireland, Social Welfare N Ireland, Education System Ireland, Education System N Ireland, Useful Web Addresses, Citizens Advice NI, Citizen Information Ireland, EURES Ireland, EURES UK, Careers Service NI, Centre for Cross Border Studies, Government Departments on both sides of the border and Information on recent budget changes.
 
The packs will be of benefit to employers and employees on both sides of the border as well as those seeking jobs in both jurisdictions and contains a wealth of useful links. If you would like a Mobility Pack (or a boxful for your organisation) please contact the EURES Cross Border Partnership.
